Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is issued by Flow Hue Digital Media Ltd. ("Flowhue", "we", "our", or "us"), the owner and operator of https://flowhue.art ("Website"). This Policy governs the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for digital products and subscription services purchased through Flowhue.
1. Digital Products
All digital products available on Flowhue are intangible image licenses. Once a file is downloaded or a license is activated, the transaction is final and non‑refundable. Digital files cannot be returned or revoked after delivery; therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, including but not limited to cases of:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with artistic style or quality;
- Mistaken purchase or incorrect file selection; or
- Failure to download within the availability period.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non‑revocable, non‑returnable digital license.
2. Credit Packs
When purchasing a credit pack, you are acquiring a prepaid balance that may be redeemed for image licenses within twelve (12) months of the purchase date.
- Expiration: Credits automatically expire one (1) year after the purchase date. Expired credits cannot be reactivated, extended, or transferred.
- Non‑Refundable: Unused or expired credits are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
- Usage: Credits may only be used for purchases on Flowhue.art and have no cash value outside the platform.
This policy ensures consistent pricing and licensing management across the Flowhue marketplace.
3. Subscriptions
3.1 Billing and Renewal
By subscribing to a Flowhue plan, you authorize Flow Hue Digital Media Ltd. to charge your designated payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as applicable). Each subscription renews automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
3.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period. Access and credits remain available until that date.
No prorated or partial refunds are issued for unused time or credits within an active billing cycle.
3.3 Expiration of Subscription Credits
Credits allocated under a subscription plan reset at the start of each new billing cycle. Unused credits at the end of a billing cycle expire automatically and are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
3.4 Refunds for Subscriptions
Subscription payments are non‑refundable once a billing cycle begins, except as required by applicable law or under the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges resulting from a system error; or
- Verified technical failure that prevented access to subscription content within seven (7) days of payment.
To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact support@flowhue.art within seven (7) days of the charge, including proof of payment and a description of the issue.
3.5 Failed Payments and Account Suspension
If your payment method fails, Flowhue reserves the right to suspend or cancel your subscription immediately. Any unused credits or benefits may be forfeited if the subscription is not reinstated within seven (7) days.
4. Exceptional Cases
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds in rare and verifiable cases of:
- Duplicate payment for the same product; or
- Proven technical errors on our servers that prevent product access or delivery.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method only.
5. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Disputes
All unauthorized or fraudulent transactions should be reported directly to your payment provider. Flowhue will cooperate fully with payment processors (for example, Stripe) in investigating such cases.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or chargeback activity.
6. Compliance
This Policy complies with international e‑commerce practices governing the sale of non‑returnable digital goods and subscription services.
Certain jurisdictions may provide additional statutory rights to consumers; where applicable law requires deviation from this Policy, such provisions shall prevail.
