DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2025
This DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Flow Hue Digital Media Ltd. (“Flowhue”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), the owner and operator of https://flowhue.art (“Website”).
Flowhue respects the intellectual property rights of creators and complies with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. §512.
Although Flowhue currently publishes only its own artwork and does not allow user-generated content uploads, we provide this Policy to offer a clear and professional process for reporting alleged copyright infringement.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available on the Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice (“DMCA Notice”) to Flowhue.
To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including its location on the Website;
- Your full contact information (name, address, phone number, and email);
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law;
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf — made under penalty of perjury;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
